This notice explains how TNT Group j.d.o.o. uses information on the STORIA landing page, including early-access submissions and optional analytics.

Who is responsible

Early-access feedback and follow-up

With your consent, we use your details and feedback to understand radio workflows and contact you about STORIA research and early access. We ask for your name, email address and station or company. Your role, country, interests, expectations and current tools are optional. Please avoid including sensitive information or other people’s personal details.

We record a submission reference, time, consent and notice versions, and notification status. Providing information is voluntary; without the required details and consent we cannot process an early-access submission. This form does not subscribe you to a newsletter or advertising list.

Our authorized team accesses submissions in a private Google Sheet. Resend sends the team a notification containing only the submission reference and a private Sheet link. Form answers and your contact details are not included in that notification.

How long we keep submissions

We keep early-access submissions and their consent records in our active Sheet for three calendar months from submission, or remove them sooner if you withdraw. The website checks for expired submissions every minute while running; after an interruption, cleanup resumes when the service returns. Viewing a record or retrying a notification does not extend its retention period.

Clearing the active Sheet does not immediately erase Google’s revision history or provider backups. Restricted historical copies may remain under the provider’s retention and recovery processes. They are not used for further research or follow-up. Contact us for information about removal from historical copies. Notification messages contain a reference only, without the submitted answers.

Analytics is optional

Only if you accept analytics, we use Google Analytics 4 to understand visits and completed sign-ups. It processes usage, browser and device information, approximate location and cookie identifiers. We do not send your form answers, name or email to Analytics. Our page-view and sign-up events omit URL query strings, fragments and referrer information. We do not use advertising personalization or Google Signals.

You can reject analytics and still use the website and form. Change your choice at any time using Cookie settings. Withdrawal stops future analytics collection by this website and clears its analytics cookies; it does not automatically erase information already processed by Google. You can contact us about deletion.

Our Analytics configuration uses a two-month user and event retention setting. Google performs deletion on its monthly cycle; standard aggregated reports are not subject to that setting. See Google’s retention explanation.

Cookies and browser storage

  • Privacy preferences: local storage named storia.analytics-consent remembers your analytics choice for up to 180 days. This is necessary to respect your choice.
  • Analytics cookies: after acceptance, _ga and _ga_* identify visits and sessions. Our configured lifetime is up to 180 days without renewal on each visit. They are removed when you reject analytics through our settings.
  • Form security: Cloudflare Turnstile loads when you submit the form and checks browser and device signals, including network information, to distinguish people from automated abuse. This security check works independently of analytics consent.

Security and service providers

We use Render for hosting, Cloudflare for DNS and Turnstile security, Google Workspace for the private Sheet and team email, Resend for notifications, and Google Analytics when you opt in. Hosting and security providers may process network addresses, request metadata and security signals. Our legitimate interest is maintaining a reliable website and preventing spam and abuse. We do not write form answers to application logs. Cloudflare also processes some Turnstile signals for its own detection purposes, as described in its Turnstile Privacy Addendum.

The website server is hosted in Frankfurt, but some providers and their subprocessors operate internationally, including outside the EEA. Provider processing terms describe applicable transfer safeguards, including Standard Contractual Clauses where required. You can request information about these safeguards from us. Relevant terms: Google Workspace, Google Analytics, Render, Resend, and Cloudflare.

Your choices and rights

To withdraw early-access consent or request access, correction, deletion, restriction or portability, email hello@storia.fyi, preferably from the address you submitted. You may also object to processing based on legitimate interests. We may need to verify your identity before acting. Withdrawing consent does not affect the lawfulness of processing before withdrawal.

We respond to rights requests within the time required by applicable law, normally one month. You may complain to the Croatian Personal Data Protection Agency, AZOP, or your local supervisory authority. We do not make decisions producing legal or similarly significant effects through automated profiling.

The website and its security checks work independently of your analytics choice.

Necessary functions

We remember your privacy choice on this device for up to six months. Cloudflare Turnstile checks form submissions for spam.

Always available

Helps us understand visits and completed sign-ups. Our analytics provider processes usage and device information and stores analytics cookies. We do not send your form answers, name or email address to our analytics provider.
